Some may argue that it is not the meaning of life in human terms!brbrBut no one can truly say that it is not the reason for it!brbrIf no one reproduces and creates another generation to follow on, the all that one does now will in the future have no meaning as there will be to understand its meaning.br So in this sense Sex in the most fundamental meaning of life.brbrEverything else has its place in the overall meaning but without sex there would be no one here today to ask and answer such questions.
